We are breaking our silence as we wanted to apologies if you have had troubles getting in contact with us since our crazy sale. We have not forgotten about you (or your order) and our small team is working super hard trying to respond to each and everyone of you.
We know you are super keen to receive your garments from the sale (and we want to get them out to everyone too). If you are experiencing a delay with your order we are truly sorry and want to shed some light on the situation.
Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we received in our sale some of our freight shipments were frozen and held by Customs. We have been working with Customs to have these shipments released and slowly but surely it is happening.
This situation has not effected all orders (just certain freights) and we are still shipping orders out each and every day. Our small Online Team have tried our best to contact all effected customers.
We want everyone to know that we have not taken this situation lightly, and we understand customers frustrations. We have put new polices and procedures in place to ensure moving forward this will not happen again.
