Meet Chris Watkins, Product Specialist Pump and Power in Auckland, New Zealand. Chris specialises in providing pump and power solutions for the construction, civil, mining and farming industries and even for events. He is also the point of contact to assist with power outages and flooding. He thrives on the day-to-day challenges like ensuring equipment is ready to go, controlling and monitoring regular maintenance on equipment, working with customers to provide the correct type and size of pump, generator and electrical distribution for their job.
Chris has been with Kennards Hire for over 15 years and started off as a Maintenance Controller before he was promoted to an Assistant Branch Manager. Chris has been enthusiastic about making the most of all the opportunities presented to him. He’s especially proud of being promoted to Product Specialist, and helping to grow Pump and Power into the successful division it is today.
