HWH Stables was presented this terrific promotional drone video by a friend and neighbour, Troy Blackman. Troy is not only a talented drone operator and movie maker, he is also the 2016 Young Farmer of the Year. At only 27 Troy has emerged as an outstanding farmer in his own right, his ability to diversify his Waterfall Australia enterprise; a sustainable farming business Troy created almost four years ago 15 minutes west of Coffs Harbour. Spread over three properties in the Orara Valley, Waterfall first started as a Charolais stud before growing to include pasture-raised beef and egg components, as well as local contracting, farm retail shop, weekly market stall and farm tourism elements.
