Myself and Miss Energize have massive Sweet Tooth's and once apon a time it was quite bad, I personally remember smashing a block of chocolate at night without blinking an eye
... HOWEVER ..... NOW .....
Since following the principles of Flexible Dieting,
- I couldn't care less for sweets
- I don't crave sweets
- The Fact " I know " I can have them whenever I want has actually led me to eating Sweets A lot less !!!!
Today However was .... A Sneaky Coles Donut
= 155 Calories
Considering my Fat intake or " Budget " for the day is 98g - I could easily eat 2 but I didn't !!!

When you remove " Food Restrictions " or what you think are BAD FOODS from your Daily intake your overall relationship with food will become healthier and Happier
