"Being Aboriginal allows me to engage and interact with our people in a way that is appropriate, enabling me to educate and share with the business and my colleagues. A female Aboriginal in PPE surprises some parents and kids I meet and provides them something to aim for – if I can do it, they can too.
"I choose to challenge by speaking up when I hear or see something that isn’t right because of the stereotyping or someone’s lack of understanding. I walk the talk, in the office environment and in the field when engaging with customers and other staff. I’m open to learning, asking questions and to understanding others’ perspective.” - Chris
