We've had reports of people posing as Ergon Energy Retail team members offering discounted electricity on the phone. We are compelled to charge the rates set by the Qld Competition Authority which means we can't offer discounts. If you do receive a call from a scammer, you can report it on the scam watch website which is scamwatch.gov.au
