Benesse is looking for Experienced Assistant Cafe Managers within our Australind & Bunbury cafes ✅. In this role, you will directly assist the Cafe Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver the Benesse values and be part of our future growth

What the role requires (but is not limited to) ⤵️
✨ Suitable experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality experience
✨ Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact & lead a team of 10+ people
✨ Confidence in multitasking so that you can supervise AND execute smooth, efficient and friendly service.
✨ Professional manner and confidence in communicating with management (Cafe Manager, Operations Manager, Head Chef, HR etc.)
✨ Ability to remain organised & show attention to detail in completing administrational duties, i.e. ordering, stock control, managing deliveries
✨ Creativity and passion for driving and developing the business
Desirable attributes ⤵️
✨ Prior management or supervisory experience in a high-volume and busy cafe/restaurant setting
✨ Experience/knowledge of rostering within wage and COG budgets, ensuring profitability
