The Complete Xpress workout new to Australia for the cycle studio. A unique program that offers power shots of short duration on the bike with strength and endurance. A total body workout.
RideRXT is designed using strength, endurance and power training principles so the body is hit in all directions. The Muscle Mashups are performed using large muscle groups and compound exercises and are performed with the correct amount of time under tension and encourage good posture and excellent technique.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.
