We all know its that time of year again that we may have a little extra warmth still on from the winter months ;) It's time to be Stronger Than Your Excuses and take on the challenge of reducing as much body fat as you can in 8 weeks. We have great sponsors and with the knowledge of Adrian from Bodies by Batho along with the support and motivation of Mama D and her team, natural body builder Fekita Teu and PT Victoria Teu the challenge is set for you to succeed. Kaboodle creche is available and discounts offered for couples - so get your friend, grab your partner or hit the challenge head on yourself and meet new people along the way. Cost is only $50 for members and we have limited spots. The winner is determined by the person who loses the highest percentage of body fat :) Challenge registrations open as of 4pm today and close Tuesday 18th October. All body fat testing will be completed that week and the challenge officially kicks off on Monday 24th October. To celebrate your win we will reward you with a fantastic prize package including a travel voucher so now is the time TO BE STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES :)
Like and tag a friend in this post for one lucky member to secure their spot on us (winner announced tomorrow 6pm).
