As a publicly owned retailer, we're required to charge the rate set by the Queensland Competition Authority. This means every customer pays the same rate, according to their chosen tariff - there's no honeymoon deals, special offers, gimmicks or catches, and if someone claiming to be from Ergon Retail promises you otherwise, be on guard.
