Fridays 845am class will be same as last week
I've copped abuse from a few crew this week saying how much they've hurt and how many different muscles they've felt from it... Whoops!
So it'll be 30 on x 15 off x4 with 4 blocks of work alternating between TRX and KB
We've taken double the amount we normally take per class for two reasons:
It's hugely popular
Sometimes it's great to work in pairs
More people thy swear and curse at me in the session
I've got one spot left for tomorrow's class so if you want it - grab it!
Or I'll get Micheal to do it because he gets home tonight and I'm sure he will be keen to do something
