We LOVE that Brisbane will welcome the world’s leading cake artists for the 2018 International Cake Show Australia!!
Friday 18th May to Sunday 20th May – at the RNA.

Edible artists, cake decorators, cake bosses, professional pastry chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, home hobbyist decorators and food personalities from across the globe will battle it out in 22 categories. .
And the sweetest news?? Most of the competition is open for anyone to enter. .
This is the work of Zoe Clark the internationally award winning wedding cake designer achieved #rockstar fame in the UK for her work, and recently moved to Queensland. She is teaching at the show and is one of the 9 Australian Cake Designers invited to exhibit in the Couture Wedding Cake Marquis.
